Great location - a block away from Pike Place Market. Very helpful front desk. Loved the double sinks outside the toilet/shower room.

Hotel Oversold
First time I have ever called before to tell the front desk our arrival would be late getting in. They said it would be fine and when we got to the hotel at 10:30pm with two kids who were worn out from flights we were told the hotel was overbooked and we wouldn't be able to stay there that night. It then took 45 min to find a hotel near by that had availability. Why could they not have notified us as soon as they realized this was going to be a problem?? And possibly have a solution to this problem before we arrived? Not acceptable service or situation.

The check in process was easy. When we arrived in the room the view was of the parking garage, I could read different cars license plates. Since we

Great hotel, skip the Fog Room
Good new hotel, nice location. Friendly front desk, and nice sized room, big bathroom and comfortable king bed with plenty of usb plug-ins at the night stands. There seems to be a lot of reviews referencing the view. We were asked to upgrade our room because we had no view for a $30 fee. We decided against it as it was just a one night stay and we weren't going to be in the room much anyway. The gentleman then said oh, well we will just upgrade us anyway. Not sure what was going on maybe they just wanted to see if they could get the $30. Our view was of the building across the street that is under construction. We went to the Fog room on the 16th floor sat at the bar and had a drink and app. Poor service, would have had another drink but the three bartenders never checked back. Had to flag down one of the people running food out in order to get some napkins and utensils, as I mentioned the bartenders were unattentive to the people sitting at the bar. Of course there was a automatic %20% service fee.

Car port view with great service
This hotel seems to have an identity crisis. On the one hand, they offer cava in their lobby for guests waiting to go up to the Fog Room. On the other hand, my view was a car lot. The car lot was so close I could lock my rental car from inside my room. Their check-in time is 4 pm. And, even though I called ahead, they could not get me into my room until 3 p,m and there was a $30 charge. However, the customer service was outstanding.

Would do it again....
Nice place. Very friendly staff, with beautiful rooms. Just a quick walk from Pikes Market. Stayed here with 2 adults and 3 teenage kids, great experience for all. We would stay here again.

We received no housekeeping services. I called twice. At end of stay I was told I opted out of housekeeping. Who wants no trash pickup or anything? If I wanted that I would have booked a two star facility and paid a lot less

Never again
We spent our time in the middle of the night being evacuated multiple times during our stay for a glitch in the fire alarm system. We notified them our room was freezing the first night and they simply came up and dropped extra blanket off on the floor in front of our door and walked away. Finally the 3rd night got someone to look at it as we were wearing jackets in the room and the maintenance guy found that it was 56* in there and the heater was broken completely. At one point with the multiple issues going on they offered us to stay on cots in the lobby since the hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do. At the end of my stay since I had not actually been able to speak with anyone other than quick calls to the desk for the above issues I tried to speak to a manager and the assistant manager simply handed me the 800-honors phone number and that was it.

Don't let them give you a Garage View..
The hotel was nice, and convenient to Pike's Market and the harbor area. Staff was courteous, and the restaurant and bar were pretty nice. I had 2 complaints, which put kind of a damper on the stay. 1) The room we were given at first (906) faces the concrete wall of a parking garage. I don't even think there was a street between us - you're just staring at a concrete wall. As I was staying for 4 nights, and had reserved a month ahead of time, and did not go through distressed inventory (HotWire) or anything - but deliberately selected this hotel based on reputation on Hotels.com - I thought that it was not a great room to be given. I did ask to change rooms, and they were able to move me up 3 floors, so I was at least looking *over* the garage (which was much better) - but could only give it to me for 3 nights. I had to change rooms for the last night. Still, it was worth it. 2) My flight the last day was at 7pm, so I was looking for a late checkout. Given the fact I'd had to move rooms twice, m a Hilton Gold member, and was paying with an AmEx Platinum card, I was hoping they'd give me a few extra hours. They wouldn't give me more than 1 hour without paying another $100 (which I ended up doing). Oh, 1 more thing: there's only (pricey) Valet parking on site. Bottom line - make sure you ask for a street or harbor view - or certainly ask least ask TO NOT FACE THE GARAGE WALL. Also, while they were very friendly, don't expect them to bend over backwards for you
