Room was great. Beds were amazing. Only issue was housekeeping had just started cleaning our room at 3:30pm when we got back from an all day outing. Overall a good experience though.

Excellent modern hotel, clean room with a comfortable mattress (not super-hard), excellent A/C, great wifi, wonderful walk-in shower with hot water. Location is very central, walking distance to most places, a tuk-tuk is just $1 USD to almost everywhere (don't take a tuk-tuk outside the hotel, as they OVERCHARGE tourists. Walk to the main street, and get a tuk-tuk there). Moringa restaurant nearby is highly recommended for healthy vegetarian/vegan options, Vanakkam India offers good affordable food, La Pasta has authentic Italian food (also some vegetarian/vegan) and Gelato Lab has great ice cream. Overall excellent stay with extremely nice and helpful staff, which is why I was very surprised when upon checking-out, when I asked them to call me a taxi to the airport (didn't want to use the hotel shuttle which charges 50% more), I was told they didn't know any taxis(??), that it's a problem getting a taxi in Siem Reap(??) and that I could just wait 30 min. for the hotel shuttle. I googled names of taxi companies and asked the receptionist to call, but she said they were not answering, etc, at which point I realized no good would come out of this, and I had a flight to catch!! Found a tuk-tuk on the street (5 USD) and got to the airport all hot and sweaty. Very disappointed. There are many taxis at the airport, take your driver's details upon arrival and book a return directly with him, as the hotel will not help you out unless you use you use their shuttle.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it is not a luxurious hotel . However, it is new, modern, clean, and has a wonderful location. If you're looking for an authentic Cambodian experience with local charm, this isn't the place. But if you want western conveniences in a clean and comfortable property, look no further, You'll be very happy here.
