Our stay was excellent in most ways however a couple of things prevent us from giving it a perfect score. The shower drain did not drain there by flooding the bathroom. And they messed up our shuttle departure time. Not major issues but nevertheless issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect score.

Poor
This hotel failed on all counts and is not ready for business. The stench of raw sewage in the room was overpowering, the floor was filthy, and the refrigerator, though functional, had been turned off and was at room temperature when we arrived. Though I had reserved a shuttle several days in advance, it was not there when we arrived, nor did the hotel staff provide any instruction as to where to expect it. Since we had an early departure the next morning, we expected to eat a quick breakfast at 6am when it was supposedly open. By the time we had to leave at 6:30am, breakfast still had not been served and we left without having eaten. Stay away from this mess of a hotel - there are MANY lodging options in Monterrey, most much closer to the airport.

It was great. Very clean, and well kept. The frist night there we did have an issue with the a/c , but we where changed to a diffrent room and from there everthing was smooth. We will sure use this hotel again. Shower was very nice.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service... we spent just one night at the hotel, but the experience was amazing..... after a long day traveling with children from Houston to Monterrerrey staying in a clean hotel with an excellent Customer Service that’s all I can ask for, thank you Angie for taking care of us with such patience and thank you to the hotel’s manager by stopping by to talk to us while we were having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, it was a really nice gesture.
