The staff are nice and friendly, quite small room but that’s all we need. Limit choice of breakfast. All ok in general, reasonable price hotel in Kayseri.

The staff was so incredible and helpful. Not many people speak english in Kayseri, but the hotel staff would call down the hotel owners daughter who knew English and would answer any of our questions fully. A great hotel with a central location on Kayseri.

Great hotel! It's located quite near the tram line, and the staff was excellent. Some of them didn't speak much English but they were trying to help all the same. The breakfast is excellent and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Ordinary, simple, unpretentious hotel
This accomodation assumes minimal requests. A breakfast is a plus, though you can't choose meals cause you have the only sinlgle option.The location itself is great, just right in the center. The minus is that English or Russian will not help you. Noone speaks as well as any where along the whole city. So the hotel is good for a short stay without extra requests

oda berbattı. sigara kokuyordu. otelden ayrıldığımda sigara içmememe rağmen kıyafetlerime sigara kokusu sinmişti. ses yalıtımı iyi değildi. diğer odalardaki sesler her türlü duyuluyordu. tabi bu kadar fiyata böyle otel olur şaşırmamak lazım.
