Don Quixote area in Madrid
Very convenient stay in Alcala De Henares with 16 century bldgs in the old town. The Cervantes Birthplace Museum is the former home of the celebrated author of “Don Quixote" was nearby. Great price for being close to Barajas Int Airport and good scenic drive into Madrid. Plaza de Cervantes is a good shopping place.

My review is to let future guest know what they are signing up for. This is not a typical hotel. No one works there 24 hours a day, personnel is only there in the day. This caused some problems; ran out of toilet paper, WiFi was down one night, other guest smoking in there rooms (It is posted in the rooms that it is a smoke-free facility). It was also posted that the room would be cleaned every 3rd day. We stayed 7 nights and our room was cleaned once. I even had to ask for it to be cleaned. So we only got fresh towels one time. The personnel is very nice and accommodating when they are there. I would recommend staying there as long as you know what you are getting or not getting.

Clerk was kind. Breakfast was poor and i didnt like the fact that bathroom was open no walls and we were 4 adults and a child when i made reservation. Room wasnt clean daily. I wont come back there.

Al final tenían una avería en una de las 2 habitaciónes que contratamos y al tener todo completo nos realojaron en un hotel más caro cerca, a nuestros amigos y a nosotros, para que estuviéramos juntos. Con todo lo que habíamos contratado con ellos, todo un detalle.
