Key opened every door maids never cleaned room no towels supplied power cuts was regular WiFi kept disconnecting there was no kettle supplied and when they gave us a kettle it was broken. We went out on 2 occasions only to return to find that people had been in our room. When we confronted the hotel they couldn’t speak a word of English and they thought it was funny

The place is nice,but the cleaning and the essentials supply(towels) is bad.I have never used one towel for multiple days in a hotel.Hotel.com misled me in the booking,I booked an apartment and at Lara beach,they told me I booked a standard room.I had to paid extra cost there to have the apartment.The morning breakfast chef is good and very welcoming and I didn't regret having breakfast included into my stay. One of the receptionists need to be a bit more aware of customers satisfaction. Otherwise,it is a nice place and only the services need improvement for a good rating.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The customer service was awful. The apartment didn’t have towels and no pillows and when I asked for them it toke 2days to deliver by that time I was leaving. The rooms were dirty . Bath room awful. The air condition system stops every 5 minutes. And the breakfast was disgusting and disappointed . I don’t recommend the hotel to any one who wants to visit Antalya

Totally unexpected bad surprise
It was sold as a luxury 2 bedroom house, while in reality it was an apartment where stairs landing area was counted as second room.. it had no door and stair were very steep and starts very close to the bed placed in landing area. I booked for 2 nights but checked out very next morning.
