We are very disappointed with our stay at this hotel, before I booked we read the reviews online but all were from before covid 19 and also called to the hotel, booked one-night just to try it first at all..the phone number that was online according to the hotel manager is not an accurate number, the lady that answer that number they does not who she is..... After spoke to the hotel manager she offered us free drinks as an apology for it sowewait for the room we got the room nice fairly clean room bed was comfortable..then we order food to the room very hot spice seafood plate. The waitress took it back and bring a new dish again, we noticed the air conditioner was not working we called again to the front desk,,, after two and half hours we decided to go to the beach andthe ac was never fixed. so we found that the beach is an open beach to the public not a private beach anyone can go there, they told us at the front desk that the hotel have chairs with a hotel employee there,,,, hahaha no even one chair were there for this hotel, anyways as we were already there and everything in the hotel went wrong on our stay we decided to sit on the sand and look at the ocean and take turns to get a swim due to was not safe left our belongings on the sand.. Others hotels around evenhave a small stand that you an relax and ordersome drinks from, this hotel has none. Overall we are extremely unhappy with the stay.

Very clean and new comfy room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a sea view room, you can hear the crashing waves at night and we were above the dinning area so nights were a little noisy, but not unbearable. I would stay here again.

We paid more and looking for a good rest in a king bed because it was almost the end of our trip. The lady in front desk gave us a small twin bedroom in the beginning, we could not accept and negotiated with her. She arranged another one for us, but we found that the other one was making twin beds together only and seemed not likely as the shown picture. It was not worth this price. The location is good.
