Easy location and check in. Fairly clean for an older facility; wobbly lights; door locks unstable and not too secure; window curtains mis-sharpen from use and age; too few outlets. If you have a pet they put you in the front of parking lot next to the office, which is a lot of stimulation even for calm dogs. Walking around at night (I needed to potty the dog) is risky: many dark areas, un-lit lots, hangers-around… Something should be done about many guests on second story leaning on the rail and smoking; one spit over my head and I was glad she missed, though the outdoor smoke she was generating was heavy and could be smelled in my first floor room.

We checked in late and left early so not there that long. The motel is old school with actual keys and easy access to the interstate. I spoke with one staff member on the phone and 2 in person and all 3 were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy, I would be happy to stay there again.

A chilly night but warm service
Bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. It was cold last night and the heating didn't work in the room - the desk offered to change rooms, no problem, but I'd already settled in (with my cat) and then the desk clerk offered a space heater instead. Great idea! I didn't have to change rooms and the heater was plenty warm enough. I like effective listening from staff and this young lady totally heard me!
