The place was a little run-down and the curtain in the bathroom was broken; however the bed was really comfortable. I only ordered room service once and it was okay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The walls are very thin so I could hear others conversations, chairs moving amongst other unpleasant noises if you get my drift. Overall, I expected more for the price I paid. Perhaps I might book one of the villas if I decide to stay here again.

It was just beautiful and amazing! Very friendly staff and everyone is so helpful. Please do the spa massage as you’ll see the spectacular views. Only thing is there is no money exchange in the village, so please do it in big city, or airport before you head to the resort. And don’t forget your insects repellent.

Wapa di Ume was absolutely stunning! This property was gorgeous. It was a like a dream staying there. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. I was sad to leave! I would definitely stay there again!
