We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was great and the location at the base was perfect. Two suggestions for improvement- WiFi is terrible, when you’re connected the speeds are fine but you have to continually manually reconnect. Surprising for a new hotel. Also the parking lot (for self parking) had potholes close to a foot deep. We had an an wheel drive so no problem but if not look out. All in all had a great stay.

    No hot tubs!!!!

Restaurant is on point. Overall the hotel is really nice. Was very disappointed to find out there were no hot tubs or pool. Yes, I should have checked prior, but a slope side hotel with no way to soak your bones in hot water?? Not even a bath in the room.

This is easily the worst hotel I have stayed at for the price. The rooms are clean and new but do not have any other extras that most hotels and all ski hotels have. Microwave, kettle, laundry facilities and even a room and hotel guide. Yes they did not even have a room or hotel guide, the only hotel on earth i have ever seen not to have one. My plan was to book 4 days at this "Boutique" hotel that was located at a ski hill. I would park there and not go anywhere for 4 days. I planned to eat, sleep and ski at the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel does not take care of it's guests as it is almost impossible to get into the restaurant to get fed. Being a guest of the hotel i would have thought it would be their first priority would be to take care of guests. However the restaurant is overwhelmed almost all the time and there is no priority for feeding guests
