Pros: Staff was very friendly. Room was incredibly clean except for the shower which we scrubbed for a while to remove some of the mould. Cons: room was awkward - unable to access save easily; shower leaked which required us to substantially dry the floor each time after use; balcony was very small with no chairs; occasionally room cleaning was performed very late which affected how we used the room.

We liked the unique peacock's, the beautiful courtyard, nice refreshing pool.. The staff was always friendly, great room service. The neighbors were loud and the room was not very sound proof. We did not get but 3 small bottles of water in 7 days for 2 people. We only recieved one package of coffee and were told we would have to pay for any more during our stay.. They may want to stop events by 10 pm so other guests can sleep. Otherwise, we were impressed with such a beautiful hotel, centrally located and within walking distance to many places.

The staff was friendly and very helpful as needed. Location was perfect for us with easy access by foot or public buses to the main historic centre. But also close to more modern facilities like at Paseo 60 and the lovely Paseo Montejo.. And a Walmart in easy walking distance was good for groceries. We took a larger room with a table and chairs for our 18 day stay.

I liked everything about this hotel. To make the hotel even better would have been to have more weightlifting equipment for the gym or a set of dumbbells and make it larger. Also if complimentary breakfast was included that would of been nice, but other than that the hotel and staff are excellent!!
