Service and location were excellent. Showering dripped and it was slightly annoying. I told the front desk so it should be fixed for the next guest.

+ breakfast - Check in was chaotic and unorganized. The lady helping us picked up the phone half way through the check in and ignored us for 12 minutes until another staff member helped us and gave us our key. - The room smelled awful. Every time we walked in we had to open the windows to air out the toilet smell. - The toilet was dirty - Wifi didn’t work very well - Not enough body wash/shampoo in the shower This should not be a 4 star hotel and is definitely very expensive for the service they provide. I was very let down.

Nice property
Great location just inside the old city gates and right outside the main subway terminal. Building has a lot of personality. Clean and nice room. Breakfast was a very good selection although getting attention for coffee service was difficult. Wonderful property and would stay there again. Staff was ok, no overly friendly.

I think the heater was not functioning well. I felt cold at night. Also some of the windows in my room had no curtain and the pedestrians on the street could see me. Still very good overall. Breakfast was great, and each and every staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in the perfect location and beautiful. The staff was eager to help upon check in and whenever we needed assistance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the attic story suite that had a beautiful view of the city
