Really liked the location, close to town, plus it was quite and picturesque
The only thing I would suggest is having the ability to have coffee on the roof.

We loved everything about this hotel. People were friendly and helpful in every way. If we come back to Chania we will stay at this hotel again. This is the best location in old town Chania and so many wonderful people to make it more special! Thank you Elia Palazzo for making our stay memorable ❤️

In a perfect place to explore Chania. Pedestrianised so no traffic noise. Lots of restaurants outside but shutters and windows kept most of the noise out. Roof terrace for breakfast if you ask. They will carry your tray up. Breakfast if good but annoying when run out of cereal. Staff very attentive and helpful. If you hire a car the public parking suggested is always full. They did then tell us about another car park but that is 5-10 mins walk from hotel.

Amazing location, so close to the main town! The hotel was surprisingly quiet given the location which made for a great sleep. We hope to come back soon.

A superb location is not the only thing this lovely hotel has going for it. The staff is magnificent and go out of their way to assist with details small and large. What a gem. A small note is they don’t have an elevator, but the walk up got faster every day. Restaurant across from hotel offered the best meals we had in Greece. To be honest, I still dream of the calamari.

Great Location and excellent service
Spent a week here and it was an exceptional time. From the minute we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly, making some great recommendations for places to eat or visit. The room was really comfortable with coffee making facilities and fridge. The balcony over looking the street was a great bonus, as was the roof terrace. Very good choice of breakfast and the young lady preparing it all was very proud of the quality of her food. Free car park less than 100m and all the facilities of Chania Old town are all around you. Fantastic time.
