Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. Service was very friendly and they stored our luggagge before check-in and after check-out. Pool area was quite nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options which was positive surprise.

Other than that, apart from the young lady who did the check in for me with polite attitude, everyone else work in reception were lack of smile, lack of response, look unhappy that was the impression for my wife and I during the 2 days we stayed.

Great find for our quick 1 night stop over in Cannes prior to flying out of Nice. Literally 3 minute walk from hotel Martinez which was 4-5 x the price. Walking distance to all the shopping. Parking was right within same building. Parking is very small and tight - not suitable for any larger vehicles. Staff friendly. Large room. Good quality thick towels. Air conditioning was very good. We didnt check out the pool or breakfast so cannot comment. They provided us with a baby crib which worked very well for us. A general note about Cannes (nothing to do w this hotel specifically): dont wear any fancy jewelry or watches when walking about.
