Not suitable for disabled patrons
We specifically asked for a ground floor room as one of us is disabled and needed access for a motability scooter. This was not done there were stairs to climb. Booking in was very hit and miss and we still haven't received a receipt. Breakfast wad amazing as were some of the staff. They dod help with the luggage

Broadstairs Blue Bash
Welcome Greeting. The hotel key opened the front door and our room as we were coming back late from the Broadstairs Blues Bash event. Explained we could come and have breakfast but extra. We had a very comfortable and clean bedroom. I was impressed with the bathroom towels as I have been to many hotels. The hotel lounge looked comfortable to use. Other guest friendly too. Good having tea and coffee facilities in the room before going to bed. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. In the advert said a partial glimpse of the sea. Lovely to see how the weather was. In the morning it was sunny and windy.

It was ok. We arrived and I’m sure we weren’t expected. Checked in by someone who was clearly enjoying his evening if you know what I mean 🍹 😉. He asked why I was carrying 2 bags and my husband 1!! Absolutely NONE of his business, I was quite happy. Room was cold, eventually worked out how to turn rad on. No sweetners for tea. When we came home at night we were met by a very angry barking dog, made us jump. Pillows were good. Breakfast excellent but I’ve stayed a lot of places and I didn’t feel welcome. Like we were a chore. My husband forgot his watch here, we were too far gone to go back and get it, so asked for it to be sent back to us. £2.69!!!! They charged our credit card!!! Now if I wanted to offer 5* customer service just send me it back , don’t charge me ! £10 yes, not £2.69. For that reason I will never return
