Parking is tight, and access to the pool is confusing. Otherwise the place is clean and close to the airport. Light sleepers should request a room opposite Federal Highway as road is busy and loud.

Our stay was fine. The room was clean and spacious and the service was fine. There were loud people on our floor all night which was annoying, but besides that it was a decent stay when we needed to be right by the airport. I would stay again if need be.

Very nice room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pool was wonderful. The area was a little sketchy and qould be the only negative. Staff was friendly and helpful.

As we were checking in, an unruly guest had set off the fire alarm with candles in their room. The Sheriffs were escorting them out of their room and we got checked into the room directly next to them. Our room was missing the following items: Shower Curtain Blow Dryer (asked for one, but was not delivered) Coffee supplies for the coffee maker Towels The staff were nice and friendly, but we had a lousy experience :-(

This was a get away for leisure and it was quite pleasant the hotel had an attentive and friendly staff. The accomodations were pleasant and comfortable.

Be careful in parking garage.
Clean and comfortable. Pool was not so clean. Cigarette butts and dirt floating in corner of the pool. Ask for extra towels for pool, told would bring them to us and never came. Not safest part of town. Police officer pulled up beside us in parking garage to warn us to make sure nothing visible in car, take everything out of car.

First and Last time here
I should have listened to the reviews that suggested another hotel option. I am never one to complain and it does not take much to please so if I’m upset it’s totally valid. To begin, my family and I walked into the lobby to check in and NOBODY was at the front desk. We waited for 10 mins before someone showed up. There is 2 elevators but only 1 works and it’s super slow and used by housekeeping staff as well which makes wait times twice as long. The room was decent until I went to use the restroom and the water pressure from the sink was super low. I requested more bath towels and rags... I was told that they will see what they can do! I was then given face towels instead. The parking is awful they have the entire bottom reserved and basically all guest have to park on the 2nd level and walk all the way down the parking ramp past the garage to get into the hotel. I will never stay here again.
