Rented the standard room and stayed there only for one day after realizing the bathroom was too small and room had no windows. Decided to upgrade to a room with balcony which was perfect. The size of the bathroom was also a good size which included a jacuzzi. The balcony view was very nice which let you take in a great view of San Juan de Los Lagos.

Safe and Clean

Overall stay was great and rooms clean. Rooms were a bit small, it was very loud, you can hear everyone. Key cards would reset every day so we had to go downstairs to activate them again. Hotel was safe and secured. I would stay there again but I would request 3rd floor rooms or the Marqueza Suite.

This property needs to be upgraded. The beds are very uncomfortable. At night all you can hear is people yelling across the hallways and doors being slammed. Wouldn’t be staying here again!

Great staff, bad sound proof in the rooms

Hotel staff was super nice and friendly. The part that makes me give 2 stars is the noise all night long. The rooms have little to none sound proof and you can hear EVERYTHING. The noise from the halls, other guest, and the garage door at ground level was incredibly loud even after 2 am. If you need to rest and the noise is a problem for you, avoid it, and look something else.
