Breakfast service was cancelled due to covid-19. Wine reception was canceled due to covid-19. When I booked the room on hotels.com it was a bottle of wine in every room that was not the case due to covid-19. Never met the host so you kind of got to check yourself in due to covid-19. I don't feel like I can give this property a fair review because of covid-19 but I would be willing to try and stay here again

Staying here felt safe during the pandemic, and my partner and I had an overall great experience lodging here. The only thing I was truly concerned about was the innkeeper not wearing her mask correctly, as she was not covering her nose, though she was very friendly. The inn states that rooms are not occupied for 24 hrs prior to staying in them and are sanitized for COVID safety measures, however, upon my arrival I went to switch the lights off, the switch was sticky. There is also contactless check-in and check-outs which were great. Overall a good experience.

This was by far the best place I have stayed at. I’ve been on the road for 2 months fighting wildfires across California and being able to stay at an actual house while being away from my Family really makes the end of my day a whole lot better. Amvic always asked how my day was, very polite and courteous to me and all the guests that came to the house. I always felt as if I was home when came back to my room. I plan to take my family to that house for the weekend when I finally come home. Thank you Amvic!

Old world inn with modern touch
Very charming old house, but with modern amenities. Nice staff who stay on site, so you're not without help nearby. The stairs are extremely loud, so you know when anyone is going up or down, but other than that it's pretty quiet.
