Sehr nettes Personal, das stets hilfbereit ist und für gute Tipps bereitsteht. Die Lage ist zentral, der kleine Abstieg an warmen Tagen allerdings nicht immer angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Struttura con un grandissimo potenziale ma pecca di alcune lacune: I fiori finti e i posaceneri pieni di mozziconi di sigaretta all’ingresso proprio non si possono vedere. Assenza di ascensore e di un parcheggio vero e proprio. Ritiro degli asciugamani sporchi senza la sostituzione alcune volte. Pulizia camera non attenta ai dettagli. Cuscini scomodissimi. Presenza del frigo acceso ma senza nessuna bevanda da poter acquistare. Linea Wi-Fi spesso assente. Nel complesso però la vicinanza al porto e al centro, la vista mare e la gentilezza del personale rendono questa struttura piacevole per un soggiorno di pochi giorni in questo luogo da favola.

Hotel precioso! Tanto ubicación, limpieza, intalaciones reformadas. Trato espectacular amables, atentos, simpaticos. Sin duda la próxima volveremos a reservar. Gracias por todo chicos!

Chambre dans vu mer catastrophique
Chambre côté parking indigne d’un 4 étoile. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais cela n’a pas été possible sinon il fallait avoir une chambre côté mer seulement le lendemain. À payer en plus ! La réservation via votre site ne nous donnait accès qu’à ice genre de chambre! Le coffre fort impossible à utiliser il a dû être réparé seulement le lendemain ! La climatisation goûtait de l’eau sur nos têtes! Le wifi catastrophique ! Chaînes satellite ne fonctionnent pas la réception mauvaise ! Nous estimons avoir été grandement trompés sur la qualité de la chambre et même si celle ci est simple elle reste indigne d’un 4 étoiles les photos sur le site pour les chambres sont loin de correspondre à l’offre reçue !

Un hotel senza insegna, sul sito c'è un indirizzo invece l hotel sta in un altro, Camera senza un balcone, ho chiesto un cambio e mi è stato risposto che per un pernottamento di 4 notti non mi spettava....mah!..con lo stendino dentro la camera...oltretutto di dimensioni piccole, Perdite d acqua dal box doccia, tavoletta wc spanata.... colazione media...Non è un hotel da 4 stelle! Scegliete altrove
