KASA Hotel Parota

Wonderful hotel - very clean and friendly staff that spoke decent English. We Had some issues with laundry returning 3 days late and our scooter rental being cut short by day but this is a lovely hotel situated in a gate community which is quiet. It's difficult to get to the downtown area or beach without a car or scooter (dangerous at night). We felt that the area was lifeless and preferred to stay at a less esteemed hotel closer the downtown area where we could explore shops and street food at night. Break fast wasn't very tasty but free to a certain point. You are allowed one entree and beverage per person for breakfast. You will be charged if you order sides or anything additional including water. Would stay here again if I rented a car but not without a car

My husband and I loved our stay at Kasa! We have zero complaints. The customer service is above par! Our room was very clean! I will def stay here again!

Kasa Parota is a great value as it is very nice and close enough to everything. The team is great but Omar is amazing. Will stay there again

The service was A+. Front desk was very helpful. We had a pool side room and enjoyed swimming up to the poolside bar. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

We came late midnight and was so hungrybut there’s no more open restaurants, the guy at the front desk gave us some cereals and milk to eat. I thought that was very nice. All of the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend!

I love this hotel! Your front desk people should get a raise... they were so welcoming and warm. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and the food is amazing. We really felt like your employees.. each and every one of them went out of their way to greet us with a smile or ask if we needed anything. We loved our room.. penthouse was beautiful. Thank you Kasa for making our trip here in Tulum one for the books! We will definitely be back!

Kasa was fantastic. The rooms were extremely ckean and the staff was fabulous. The food from the restaurant/Tiki bar was the best from ourventire trip. When we left for Cancun and checked into our new hotel, my wife and I looked at each other and both wished we would have stayed at Kasa. Highly recommended 💯💯💯

It was a great stay at this hotel I love our room very minimalist. They even gave us a welcome drink breakfast was great. I definitely would recommend it.

There was construction going on nearby which made it difficult for taxis to find the property sometimes, but nothing a gps didn't fix. The staff was amazing!!! I lost my phone by leaving it in a taxi and they retrieved the taxi number from security, contacted the company, got a hold of the driver, and I had my phone back within 2 hours. Everyday they were very helpful with any questions and responded with maintenance service/fixing problems very promptly. There wasn't much noise at night that disturbed us or anything. The only actual negative was that we didn't know the area well enough to bike around, again just because of the construction though. Everything else was great, super clean, solid wifi, free water refill station, and great customer service! I only went with my friend, but the families seemed happy too.
