Best Hotel Room Lighting!
Comfortable modern room with the best lighting I have seen. Room service for meals, breakfast, and a bar. Security and covid19 precautions.

Food wasn't that good but very overpriced including the breakfast buffet. It was always empty I don't think they have too many guests. No info on the services like the gym or access to the terrace.

The staff was just awful. Not helpful at all They gave someone else a key to our room so someone tried getting into our room at 1am! If i hadnt had the top chain on a random stranger would have come in. When I discussed this event with them they made it out to be no bog deal! I had a 3 yr old in the room!! What kind of safety protocol is there??? Them once i got home I realized my some left his lovey. I called to see if housekeeping had found it and they said they would send me an email which i still waiting for 5 days later

SLP Vacation for the Cuevas in NH
My family n I planned a tripes to San Luis Potosí and decided to stay in NH for 5 days. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Since the moment we arrived until our last day everyone was helpful and nice Especially Adrian. He made our stay in San Luis Potosí wonderful he helped us booked tours of the city and gave us recommendation where to have dinner. I’m extremely happy with our stay in NH having staff like Adrian make your stay memorable in NH. Breakfast was included my family and I loved the breakfast! We even missed the breakfast I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in NH and will be booking our stay in NH further vacations. Thank you Adrian for being such an amazing soul and always greeting us with a smile upon arriving to NH.

Recently stayed here for the AMPI Convention with a delegation from the U.S. Daily breakfast was very good, cooked to order eggs and omlettes. Check in was a little slow and Uber drivers did not seem to recognize how to get there. Shampoo and conditioner quality was kind of so so, but other than that, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
