Es buena la atención que en este caso brindó el recepcionista del hotel, sin embargo no dejaré de señalar que hay ocasiones que no atienden el telefono cuando quiero realizar reservaciones por teléfono, y hay un masculino que a veces atiende en turno de la noche delgado de aproximadamente cuarenta y tantos años de edad que tiene muy mala atención a los huéspedes; además sugiero que sería atractivo que regresaran los desayunos de cortesía acompañados de la estancia. gracias.
