Our toilet broke in the middle of the night. The next morning we asked front desk to fix it. No maintenance until Monday morning at 7:30 in the morning they told me they would fix it. Thankfully, my son knew how to fix the toilet then the next night at 11 o’clock at night we were woken up by a weird sound. They were doing housekeeping in the room next to us vacuuming at 11 o’clock to get ready for a guess that was coming when I am never have I ever been in a hotel where they did that.

The beds were stiff, the pillows thin, floors were stained. Kitchen was poorly stocked. There was a leak in our ceiling onto our floor - we reported it, but nothing was done. Our carpet remained wet for a couple days. They ran out of plates for breakfast and then the next day only had 3 food items to choose from. Would avoid this if you are vacationing.

I booked room through Expedia including giving credit card information. When I arrived 30 minutes later after the booking I was told no rooms were available. I was told by front desk they were referring to another Marriott that had availability. When making contact at that Marriott we were told no rooms available but they were referring to another local Marriott. When making contact at that Marriott they told us no rooms available. They referred us to another Marriiott. When arriving there we were told no rooms available. Thankfully I was able to book a Hampton Inn at 1:00 a.m. that said had a room and actually did have a room.
