A Hotel Runs By Unprofessional
My room was upgraded upon checking in. They are using a handicap lift for the comfort of room guests elevating to 3rd floor. I felt that they could have removed the handicap stickers. There were ants and cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets stained and towels too. Bed found foreign hairs and requested to change. Came back late at night to find out no room cleaning done during the day, asked staff the only guy manning the counter was unprofessional. He said must request for room cleaning if wished to have because they are not 5-star hotel.
