At night the receptionist is not very friendly and helpful. But when I’m the morning it’s a different receptionist she is kind and very nice.

Worst experience I've ever had. Reception supposed to be open til 10pm. Arrived at 9pm by taxi. Was dark in front, door was locked and no one answered knock. There was an unsecured carpet runner to the sidewalk and in the dark the end was messed up, I fell and hit my head, got a black eye and my face was bruised.. Two men were going past and called the hotel, no answer. They stated there was a rear entrance, which was open. Went in and the receptionist spoke only german, fortunately my husband and his cousin both speak german, so no miscommunication. No sign on the door to use another entrance and this man NEVER even apologized. The room, instead of being one bed, as requested, was two separate beds bolted to the wall across from each other. Next morning I asked for a room with one double bed. The only room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, and I had hurt my leg so that would not work. Because it was after 11am next day when I came back from the Dr. they charged me even though I left the hotel and they would not pay the Dr. bill. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

This hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Room was okay and clean. It has a very nice beer garden. Off road parking. The only bad thing was they were too quick to bring out your main meal before finishing your starter.
