Poor
I have to pay cash to check in because they said they could not find my booking and they refund it at checkout. They did not give me a key and I have to call security to open the door every time because they said the don’t have key

The Mira Trio is a great hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are HUGE and very comfortable. The lobby area is located in the back while they are undergoing renovation, which was a little bit inconvenient but hopefully temporary. The only other negative was that there does not seem to be an actual address. The hotel is on a very well known main street in a great location, but it's only referenced by the small cross street and none of the taxi or Uber drivers knew where the cross street was - so every time we had to go trolling up and down the main street to find it.

Facilities need some improvement. No tea and coffee inside the room, tv stations very limited. Generally clean and location is perfect

The property requires maintenance and all rooms has bad smell and furniture is broken and dirty with very bad mobile signal inside the room and the AC is very noisy and not working properly also the staff is not trained and not available whole the restaurant is very bad as well
