The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super nice. The couple of hick ups I had were immediately taken care of by the GM Michel and everything was perfect going forward. Would definitely recommend this stay, i will return soon!

A stay to remember
Exceeded any expectation I had a then some. I stayed at the W to celebrate my 30th birthday and I'm so glad I did. Great location, great staff, and great atmosphere. The cherry on top was the surprise cake waiting for me in my room after a day of island adventures. And the Fabulous room with balcony is definitely worth it! Thanks, W.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, Isaac greeted me and showed me the property as well as helped me with a very early check in. My room was stunning, looked just like the pictures, super modern and cute. This hotel is all about hospitality, everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind. Anytime I needed help with something, I felt like I was treated like a queen and attended to promptly. What really meant a lot too was that it was my birthday last Thursday and I came back to my room and had a cake waiting for me....so thoughtful and sweet!! I have travelled a lot and have stayed in many different places, and this truly was by far one of the best if not the best experience. If you go to Panama, you should stay at this hotel you won't be disappointed. Thank you everyone at W Panama for making this a memorable trip!!
