とても清潔に保たれてます。ベッドのスプリングがきしみますが、それ以外は何も気にならなかったです。 ホテルの入り口が分かりにくいです。建物の正面にいくつもドアがありますが、マンションのような雰囲気でおそらく人が住んでます。入口は向かって左手にあります。

スタッフはフレンドリーで滞在証明書の発行をお願いしたところ新年の休みで発行が遅れる旨を説明してもらえ、翌日には発行してもらえた。このようにスタッフは優秀だが、シャワー室に湿気が篭っており昼間に入っても夜に入っても水で濡れていた。

ウラジオストク駅すぐそばで大通りに面していて分かりやすい。たくさんのレストランやスーパーマーケットも近くにある。一番いいのが、ウラジオストクで一番の繁華街『噴水通り』が近い。 ウラジオストクの町並みを満喫するにはとても良い。 シャワーやトイレも清潔だし、ドミトリーで宿代を安く済ませたいならおすすめ！

入り口は道路、または階段を登って左に道沿いに進みます。建物の横に来たら、虎の置物が二頭あります。そこが玄関です。24時間受付です。 キッチンには電子レンジ、水道、コインランドリー、机と椅子、テレビがありいつでも利用できます。 お風呂は男女同じところを時間帯を区切って使います。（工事期間中だから？） トイレは共同です。 8人部屋がメインで、日本円で一泊千円ぐらいでした。
