Room is very clean and spacious, bathroom was very clean too. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great service and clean
We are moving to Riyadh and needed a place to stay in so we can look for houses. The person at the front desk was very nice as they couldn’t find our reservation and they checked us in and told us come in the morning and will figure things out. They also allowed us to check out late. Room is clean and good size. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend it.

Very basic hotel that may have once been something but has not had a makeover in 20 years. Lots of marks and stains but the hotel is clean. Air con did not work properly either
