Room freezing even after getting the heating turned on could do with referb breakfast not served till 9am no good for business food was good charged for a cider I never had and a breakfast i didnt get nobody ay front desk till 8am staff were very good

Home from home
We stayed here for 3 nights on the way up to a family wedding further north. There were 3 generations of us, and the hotel catered well for all of us, with comfortable and homely rooms, an excellent restaurant and a welcoming bar. The breakfast choice and quality of food were particularly good. The staff were friendly and attentive when needed.

Food place/Bar with rooms. Good location. Good breakfast. Decent service. Room was quiet. My room number 1 was tidy but probably needs a re furb. If it was more modern then definitely worth the tariff. Overall enjoyed my stay.

L'hôtel est à deux pas d'une très belle plage avec vue sur Edimbourg. Peu de circulation devant l'hôtel qui est sur une route secondaire. Beau restaurant et coin brasserie au rez de chaussée.
