The room is quite small for the price. And there is no complimentary mineral water. However, the bed is comfortable to our liking. Good for perhaps 1 night stay.

Great Stay with The House of Toby!
Definitely returning to the hotel the next time I am back in London! The House of Toby is conveniently located near the Tube station. About 10mins slow walk from the hotel to King's Cross St. Pancras Station and there are supermarkets located along the way. The room was nice and clean, fitted with modern design and most importantly, comfy bed. Staff never fail to greet the guest at the entrance and they respond promptly to service. Excellent choice for an affordable accommodation in London!

Nice little hotel to use as a base
This was a lovely little hotel and perfect if you just want to get your head down for the night. We were 3 adults sharing a triple room, and while the room was small we didn’t feel like we were cramped. It was also nice to have 3 proper beds and not a pullout so we were all comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Probably not somewhere to stay if you’re going to spend a lot of time in your room but perfect to use as a base, as the hotel is in a good location close to King’s Cross and the beds were very comfortable.

Poor 2.0
Really don't recommend, photos scams actually
Only have 1 staff during the night shift. he is not familiar the system and provide rooms that weren't we booked. he gave us the room in the basement but there were still plenty of room available. One of the room had a big stain on the bed. The clearness is critical not adequate. The other room had no window and too small to open your luggage. We asked to change a room in the backyard but the smell is terrible. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Never dream of an elevator but the stairs is very difficult to carry luggages. the experience was totally a nightmare. You have better life if choose not to stay in the house of horrible

Good for a one-night stay
When I arrived at the asked check-in time, there was nobody on the front desk. I had to walk around to get the attention of the front-of-house person who was in the kitchen. On my way up to the room, there was bedding/linen left untended blocking the stair ways. There was also unattended luggage at other times. The room was clean, however the shower head needed to be cleaned. The room was tight but comfortable and was good for a one-night stay. Checkout was easy, and just involved handing the key card back at reception.
