The best comfortable and friendly service
The apartment is very great and clean feel like home. Just above Taipei main station. Lisa was so helpful and good time management. Our last few day the children are unwell and Lisa try her best to help us. Thank you so much love to come again.

There’s only one toilet for a two room apartment which is quite inconvenient. Mosquitoes are present in both rooms. When the cleaning of apartment, the bedsheets were not changed. I was able to traces of the dead mosquitoes that I’ve killed, shows that the floor was not cleaned during house keeping. Location is good but with the configuration of the apartment, it a bit too expensive.

Excellent location however the rooms are not clean, especially restroom which has mold in the blind and grouts and air condition vents (black flakes fall down whenever turning on the fan). The room is too small for 3 people. No space for sitting other than sitting on the bed and one of the rooms does not have a table.

Bed was hard. Need to change the sofa too. Flexible on the date to change towels and empty the dust bins for long stay. Staffs were friendly. Excellent location, just above Taipei Bus Station. Shelter to HSR, MRT and Railway Stations especially during raining days. No dyer but there is a balcony to hang clothes.

More and air B&B than a serviced apartment
The apartment was well located and comfortable. It has air conditioning and was clean. The main problem was that this apartment felt like an air B&B. There was no reception and no shared facilities. There was a massive list of rules and potential fines if you failed to wash a cup or accidentally used body oil and it stained a towel. Check in involved meeting an individual at Starbucks to be shown to your room. Plus there was no daily cleaning service which I would definitely have expected for the price.

The location are so convenient n the lady help me to prepare baby cot n baby shower tub. The worst are the water temperature when u try to shower.. It will suddenly turn too cold or too hot.. But i will stay again as the location are damn good.
