This place is definitely a hidden gem within the downtown London location everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The only 2-3 issues really was that there was no actual remote control for the television as well there was very limited amount of channels but honestly with the wifi its more than enough to keep yourself busy if you decide to stay in. Also the hood fan that was in our room was not working properly but we were able to open our windows which did the same job as well. Overall very much impressed and even with the underground parking felt secure and safe overall...If you are around the London downtown area definitely check out this hidden gem and its also nice to have a kitchen to cook your own meals as well.

Nice and professional staff. Spacious room. Despite being downtown, the building was very quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only drawback for me was the lack of accessibility for those in need to enter the building with walking aids, but I was told that they are going to resolve this. The front desk staff very helpful and excellent though to assist with aids and entrance and exiting.

Wish I came to across this place sooner. Staff are very accommodating, the space and amenities in the room are great. Despite the fact the location is on Dundas, it is very quiet with the sturdier walls. Next time I stay in a hotel in London, it will be here.
