Location was great. Only minutes from Haram. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, room was missing the tea cattle and the related stuff. As well, there was no toaster available for breakfast which was disappointment.

Don't speak English on the reception ,they don't take any attention,we were ill for few days because of not working properly Aircon we asked to change a room they said we haven't got any room available,they said we'll send electrician but electrician never turned up ,one of the cleaner said all 14 floors Aircon is working like that only 1st & 2nd floor are working alright ,we try to asked them to get on that floor but no chance,

Its seems like a Visit to a Dungeon.......
Booked through Expedia for 2 nights. however, On arrival they did not have any info on our booking....! and it was midnight 12.50AM.. so, I had to rebook on the spot again... The photos in the website were hunky dory... but in reality the rooms and the conditions were absolutely appaling... dirty bed linen, broken sink, no water...!, leaking water from the bathroom roof........! the receptionist changed the room, yet it was simply a delapidating hotel. speaking to neighbouring hotels it transpired that it is actually being decommissioned, but a middle man is still continuing to make money with a help of some rude room boys. Next day we cancelled our booking and ran for our life.... Please folks dont bother booking this hotel.....I would not recommend even to my enemy.....( the location in the booking map is as if the hotel is very close to the Haram but in fact it was a deception... dont fall for it....

Horrible hotel with equally horrible service
Awful hotel! Customer service is not a priority, people barely spoke English. Upon arrival they could only find the reservation for 1 of my 3 rooms, made me go to a different part of hotel to ask someone else. Elevators are horrible, took us 20 minutes to find an empty one to put the luggage cart in. Going for prayers, we took the stairs it was that slow. Bathrooms were dirty with broken toilet seats. My air conditioner dripped all night and made a strange oscillating noise. This made my allergies bad all night so i couldn't sleep. Location on map stated it was near gate 25, it was near gate 15. Don't waste your money, hotel is overpriced!

the worst experience
not comfortable by any measure . poor reception, poor check in 2 hours, and finally tell i don't have reservation for you i don't know. how hotels.com confirmed booking as you see reception is very crawded can you come tomorrow?!! but i will try to keep room for you poor quality of rooms and cleaning all pathrooms need to be maintained, water coming 2 times from washing down and combination. no contact if you need anything for emergency by phone so no safety. my advice to anyone don't try to come this hotel.
