Nice Location
It was a good motel for our use because it was in a great location to visit the Smoky Mountains.

Website was misleading, advertised 2 bedroom deluxe suite but it was 2 separate spaces with no doors and beds looking st each other, no privacy, we traveled with another couple and this set up didn't work at all. Unfortunately hotel had no other rooms available to give us desperate spaces

Night in the Smokies
We stayed at the Smokey Mt. Lodge with our two grand kids. We had a 2 bedroom open suite with a small kitchen in the stone building, not the log rooms shown on the sight. Every thing was very clean, although towels and sheets were worn. Bed mattress a little to firm and made squeaking noise when you moved. The worst part was a group of adults were drinking and talking on a patio right in front of my grandkids room till 1:00 am. We could hear them in the back room over two TVs. There is nobody at the front desk at night! We had an emergency number, but didn't feel it was an emergency. For the high cost, will pass the next time. Had dinner at Butts on the Creek down the road, give A+.
