Our apartment was perfectly located in the old town. All the staff on site were exceptionally kind. The apartment was modern inside, but there are problems of deferred maintenance: the entry vestibule light could not operate, the door handle came off in my hands, the parasol on our balcony was broken and there was no bathroom curtain. For two adults space to open a bag was scant - better if they took out two non- functional white chairs, and about three pots of faux plants.

Stylish and modern boutique style hotel
We stayed at the very end of the season and were still treated exceptionally well. At check in we received complimentary drink while completing paperwork and they had our bags taken to our room. This is the perfect place for a quite spot near the old city and the rooms were modern, clean, and stylish. Would happily stay here again visiting Split.

Lovely little hotel, minutes walk to see front and all the tourist areas of the city but tucked away so its nice and peaceful. staff are friendly and go the extra mile to help out.

Helpful and welcoming staff (free glass of wine). Quite close to the main attractions and breakfast restaurants...short walk along back alleys. Very clean and comfortable room and en suite.

Make sure you get the room you book!
Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we booked at this property! Really spoilt our stay at this hotel. W booked a junior suite with balcony and kitchette but we given a standard double room. It was nice and the hotel in a good location but really disappointing not to get what we paid for. Moreover when we mentioned the mistake and our disappointment the hotel did nothing. Complained to Expedia who contacted the hotel to get refund but they refused and said we were ‘upgraded’ offered ‘complimentary breakfast’ and ‘free airport transfer’ all of which were completely untrue. Really spoilt what could have been a great stay.
