Fantastic staff at front desk and buffet. This hotel's location is great and very quiet. The buffet is delicious and plentiful. East walk to everything or just an easy metro ride. I would definitely go back.

Just Be Careful !!!!
I usually travel over 4 months per year. I must admit I was NEVER treated SO BADLY! It is clear that this hotel,doesn’t understand what is HOSPITALITY Industry about! To begin, my room wasn’t ready when I wanted to check in at 3.00 pm. I had to come back at around 5.00 pm to access my room. At around midnight on our first night at the Hotel there was just no one at the reception desk. That created a serious insecurity feeling. Upon check out, although I am a gold member that allows me to leave slightly later, and whiteout any warning from the reception, I left the hotel an hour and 28 minutes passed 12.00 pm, I was rudely charged 100 euro penalty for being late, which is about 50% of cost of the room per day! Please be Extremely careful about this DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE Hotel.
