New, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms
We arrived about 8 pm on Saturday for a very early flight out the next morning. We had a 5th floor 2 queen bed room with a pullout couch and small kitchen. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Only comment is that the shower was low flow. Front desk clerk was so efficient handling multiple guests, phone and transportation signups. I’m sorry that I did not note her name.

Thoughts
The person working the front was a nasty unfriendly woman. We ask for a pillow never received had to ask for enough towels for everyone to bath, no towels at pool, no cushions on the outdoor furniture

Not clean
The front desk clerk was great and helpful. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned well at all. In fact there were several customers ahead of us complaining of the same thing. We decided to deal with it due to the fact we didn’t want to wait any longer to get in a room after a long trip. Crumbs all over the carpet never vacuumed. When I asked the housekeeper for another towel and wash cloth she cut me off and said see the front desk. Like she couldn’t be bothered. I never write reviews but had to let people know.

It could be fabulous but it's not
The room was very nice with a great mini kitchen with utensils, two king beds with nice soft linens, a sitting area, plenty of mirrors and electrical and USB outlets (yayyyy!) and crisp air conditioning. Parking was easy and felt secure. The location was very convenient. Everything was honestly fine except the for the breakfast (which was pathetic), the lack of housekeeping on our second day, and some of the staff sorely need instruction on courtesy and manners.
