One of most amazing placed i have ever been to and here is why. Salvatore - owner an the spirit of the place. As if just being a great, welcoming host wasn't enough, he kindly offered to pick us up in the late night from the town center, when thunderstorm struck. The place is like a slightly chaotic museum of 70's. It's a fantastic hillside villa from that era as i remember Italian villas from old movies. Amazing place, so much character!!! (Bathrooms recently done, modern, comfortable) Also great views over town and surrounding hills. And then in the morning we got the best breakfast we have had in Italy... ever. cooked by Salvatore to your order. i wish we didn't have to leave, honestly (this wouldn't have been a problem, i guess, because there is no check-in nor check-out time, just relax, enjoy the place)...

Beautiful!
Salvatore is an excellent host, friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately our GPS could not find the address. We had to phone from the pizzeria as my phone was not working and I did not receive his messages and we arrived very late. He drove down to town to show us the way up and took us to a gas station too! We felt very bad, but he made us a tasty snack and feel very welcome. Thank you.

A gem of a place.
Great location overlooking Ascoli Piceno. Owner Salvatore treats you like family to his eclectic home. Absolutely wonderful breakfast every am. Spent 4 nights here, away from the noise of centro but close enough to walk to. Steps up from centro could be a challenge for people with knee problems, but only a short taxi back to Villa. Absolutely worth making Ascoli Piceno a stop on your trip. Again Salvatore was a perfect host.

Accommodation with interest.
A lovely welcome from our host. Great eclectic mix of furnishings from Art Deco to modernistic. We chose to BBQ in the garden after a long drive during the day. The host provided all kitchen facilities to us to use and joined us later for a beer or two. Great location and access to the the town. If you want relaxing quirky modernistic flamboyant and interesting accommodation with a homely feel, this is ideal.

Il fascino discreto della borghesia.
La villa, immersa in un bellissimo contesto storico/naturale, si trova in una posizione privilegiata e domina la città. Con una bella e salutare passeggiata di 10/15 minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro storico. Costruzione molto singolare e interno ricco di ricordi di famiglia. Un caro saluto a Salvatore che cortesemente si è preso cura di noi. Da non perdere!

il B&B è molto bello e ben arredato, camera con bagno spaziosa, elegante, con bellissima vista, attorno un ampio giardino-parco. La posizione è eccezionale, alta sulla città, arieggiata, ma con il centro di Ascoli raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi grazie a una lunga scalinata. La colazione, servita in giardino, è stata veramente gustosa e varia, ricca. Molto gentile e cordiale il gestore.
