Shaky check-in, but a great place
Selected hotel for its location near Presa de la Vega Lake, a birdwatching site. When we arrived, the receptionist told us the hotel did not have our reservation. After showing hotels.com confirmation email for one room with a lake view, the receptionist told us our room had been booked by someone else and they did not have any more rooms. Receptionist stated they had problems with Expedia booking rooms when they were not available. Apparently Expedia and Hotels.com are the same company???? After insisting that our reservation was confirmed, receptionist told us they had another room but it did not have a lake view. I asked if we would be reimbursed the higher price we paid for the lake view. Receptionist response was NO. In fact, he said the room he was giving us was more expensive because it had a loft. We took the room offered feeling disappointed with the whole check -in experience. The rest of our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious the beds were comfortable beds and the shower fantastic. A ceiling fan helped cool the room. Overall this is a great value hotel.

Hotel bonito pero el servicio puede mejorar
El hotel es muy bonito y la gente del lobby y botones muy amable. Pero por otro lado la cama es muy pequeña, reserve para dos personas y por el precio que pagamos esperaba una cama mejor. El servicio de restaurante lento y pobre, no hay buenas opciones y eso que el desayuno no estaba incluido.
