Very convenient to airport.
Very good basic service for those going to or from the airport. I had to drop my car off early the next morning before my flight. Easy 5 minute drive to car rental drop off. Keep in mind it can be easy to miss the entrance even with GPS. IT's along a busy road behind an electric gate. Eating options are a short walk away. Owner very friendly and helpful.

We chose this B&B because of its proximity to the Catania airport. It was close, about 3 blocks from the rental car return. The location was in an industrial area, and though there were some restaurants within walking distance, the street did not have sidewalks so it was an adventure getting to them. Parking was available in a gated area. The room was good-sized and comfortable, with a nice bathroom, and a balcony which overlooked a very busy street. The room was surprisingly quiet in view of the amount of traffic outside. Frederica and her husband went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Most friendly welcome by the bed&breakfast owners
We were warmly welcomed by the owners of the bed&breakfast who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, helped us with our luggage, gave us tips on what to see in the city and where to shop, served us a generous breakfast including organic produce from a family member's farm and even drove us to the car rental place when we were ready to go pick up our rental car.

B&B close to Fontanarossa Airport
My husband and I stayed at B&B Fontanarossa for one night. We had a very early flight in the morning and the hotel was convenient to the airport. Our room was quiet, large, and attractive. The bathroom was very modern and pretty. Frederica went out of her way to make our short stay comfortable.

Best Place to Stay Next to Airport!
This place is not the sexiest looking building in the area, but the inside is clean, secure and modern. For whatever reason, this facility is locked down like Fort Knox, but it's easy to access once the owners give you information. My husband and I walked back from the rental car drop off to this B&B and didn't find the area to be unsafe, although it is not ideal place to walk due to the lack of sidewalks. Traffic is an issue. The owners are fantastic. Federica is friendly, kind and full of information. Her husband is also very kind and they will help you with anything you need. Our room was huge with a large bathroom and everything was comfortable and clean. There is a common area for breakfast, but we did not eat it since our flight left very early the following morning. Federica arranged for a shuttle to pick us up at 5:15 in the morning and this was a great help. The cost is 5 euros for up to 3 persons. If you are looking for a decent place to stay close to the airport, choose this place. You can't beat the price and the hosts are really nice.

Accueillant, propre, pratique
Federica est très accueillante, parle très bien français et saura vs indiquer tout ce dont vous avez besoin (pour manger, aéroport etc). La chambre est propre, bouteilles d'eau dans un petit frigo et pièce climatisée. Si vous avez besoin de prendre l'avion tôt, ce lieu est idéal, à 15min à pied, 5 min en voiture. Nous recommandons vivement ce B&B !

Il B&B è facile da raggiungere. La prima cosa che si nota e la perfetta pulizia degli ambienti. Il profumo di pulito è leggero e non è il prodotto dei classici 'incensi'. Il letto è largo e confortevole. il bagno è davvero grande. L'accoglienza è encomiabile e ti fa sembrare di essere amici da tanto tempo. Parcheggio giusto e spazioso. Due ragazze gentili che hanno fatto davvero un gran bel lavoro. Un piccolo difetto per chi ha problemi di deambulazione, le scale.

Federica e Chiara sono state molto disponibili e gentili. Puliizia eccelente e colazione abbondante (la torta di pistacchio buooono!) L’unica cosa che fu un po’ spaventosa è la strada fuori che manca marciapiede, si rischia la vita uscire per fare una passeggiata. Ma non è colpa del B&B.
