The staff and location were great. The property is falling apart and renovations were taking place into the night whilst we tried to sleep. I and other guests complained and they closed the room door and carried on regardless. The airport pick up did not arrive and we had to get them to send another driver out at 1am. There is no sound proofing, the shower was poor with little water pressure and cold water most days interspersed with hot water. The breakfast was either bread rolls with jam/honey and fruit or falafell/pita bread/fruit. Kettle in room but no tea making facilities, drinking water bottles are charged for, including the first one. You can hear everything from the rooms next door especially water running and toilets flushing. Not the place to stay if you need to sleep. The staff are really apologetic and do their best but the owner really needs to spend a night there to see what paying customers are getting. The picture on expedia of the woman eating breakfast is misleading and photo shopped. Other sites show the same picture with her and that food is not hotel food.

Please do not book this hotel if you don’t want to be scammed. They do not have the rooms and beds listed on Travelocity. You would not get your money backfired you decide to cancel your reservation due to lack of amenities and beds advertised. Wi-Fi is also not working and their ants and cockroaches all over the bathroom. The hotel is like a junkyard in the noisy and dirty part of Cairo. Please stay away 😂🙈
