Very friendly stuff, quiet place near city center, clean room with stunning view on Matterhorn. We arrived later than 8 pm after reception is closed, they left us with the keys on the door despite we didn’t confirm our late arrival. So better to inform them before, so u spare yourself from stressful situation like us to make sure they count on you! Overall very pleasant and enjoyable experience in this resort!

A superb gem in Zermatt
The hotel is conveniently located, but also situated in a quiet part of Zermatt. It is extremely cosy and the staff are fantastic. Highlights are the superb breakfast and the newly renovated spa - a first class addition to the hotel. I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Capricorn

Nice hotel in a great location of the town. The wellness facilities seemed to be newly renovated and were exceptional. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, showers, etc. Breakfast was also good.

the pictures of the bathrooms did not match with the reality. the bathroom was incredibly tight and the sink was in the room. nothing compared to the images listes on this website. i would have not booked this room if the reality wod have been presented. see below
