Great hotel experience marred by the train track
great hotel, just a shame the train track was about 5 metres from the window. I can’t recommend this place for light sleepers.

Inefficient check-in. Couldn’t/wouldn’t order a taxi - bearing in mind supposed to have a concierge (who’d gone home and it was 7.15pm) and then offered to give me the number of the firm they use!! Or of course they could have just called them for me! But no! Far far better quality hotels in Dublin for the price.

1st trip to Ireland — must-stay @The Address Hotel
For anyone thinking of booking The Address Hotel - do it and kindly ask for room 644. I promise it will be your home away from home, and you will miss it when you leave. They use Voya toiletries which has a pleasant subtle fresh scent, but they do not include hair conditioner, (BYO). I arrived super early in the morning and was warmly greeted by Keiron (concierge) - It was a very nice moment, and something I won’t ever forget. Most importantly, is that I’ve had the best sleep in their bed. The 24-hr access to a private rooftop lounge is a great way to meet other friendly hotel guests while you travel. This was my very first visit to Dublin and I loved every minute of it !!!

Really lovely hotel , in a good location for visiting most of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful , room was clean , tidy and comfortable .We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant, both nights. Food was excellent, couldn’t fault it. A little pricey, but most of Dublin is. The only fault in the restaurant is staffing. We sat for about 30 minutes between courses on the second night, then were ignored for guests at the next table who had come in after us. Three different people served us, quite why, I don’t know, but I think this led to confusion in ordering and then a mistake in the bill too, we were charged for a bottle of wine which we didn’t order. It was very busy, but speaking with other guests, they encountered the same problems.
