Very friendly and helpful staff. A budget choice with some nice touches such as the provision of toothbrushes and toothpaste. One omission was no tissues in the room, and the plumbing could do with improvement. However a great choice if you want to be in a very central part of town amongst the local people, rather than isolating yourself in one of the upmarket Western chains. Great views across Kigali from the restaurant and the most rooms, some of which have balconies. There is also an attractive outside space for the evening. Wi-Fi was usable most of the time but some short outages especially if viewing films. We would certainly go back.

the hotel is basic but keep a very good standard. Wi Fi works very nicely, few international channel at the TV, a good quality restaurant (and cheap), good breakfast, very clean property and most of all, an extremely good, always ready to help and and very respectful staff. It is the staff who make the difference. Rooms are not big, but for one person are perfect.
