I tried to call Front Office and House Keeping at 10 PM because I need a bag of ice cubes as compress. Nobody picked up the phone. I had to walk to the Holiday Inn (not Express) right next door to get the ice cubes. It's first time I experience a hotel that is not staffed properly. The carpet has dirt and stains in many places. The USB ports do not work in 2 of the 3 rooms we stayed. It's probably time to renovate the whole thing.

General stay was ok and staff pretty helpful but price inflated as it was conference week. My Room had stains all over the carpet when I arrived and due to the fact it was a busy week, there were no other rooms available. I had seen a review prior to going where someone had posted stains on the carpet of the room and figured I would be VERY unlucky to get a room like that. Seems I did get unlucky and maybe got the same room I saw online. Almost like they just don't want to spend time and money on cleaning carpets.
