Its says its sea view but its not and when i walk to breakfast in the morning they say its not included and it was and when i go to costumer service they say its not i show them the resv and yet they say no.

Constant door slamming
We were planning to stay for 3 nights but left after 2. There is constant door slamming. Every time a door is opened it closes violently and it is a nuisance that would not let us rest in peace. It supposed to be rated as a 5 star hotel but it’s not. Parking is in a lot next door with no sidewalk connecting to the hotel. The underground parking is a narrow maze that we avoided completely. The room was an interior room with a small window that felt pretty claustrophobic. Their towels are years old, not what what we expected for a 5 or 4 star hotel. What was most annoying was returning to our room at 5:45pm and finding that they were just starting to clean it. The next morning the door card reader failed and couldn’t get in the room. We had enough and decided to go to another hotel.

Really nice new property, great rooms with a rainforest shower. Food at the Resturant was also good along with breakfast. Overall nothing to make you go wow however that’s not what hotel is about, it’s a solid 5* hotel for either business or a short trip with family (which I did). Corniche is ‘across’ the road and the Red Sea mall is a short taxi ride away.
