The hotel is ON the beach. Amazing views. Coffee in the morning in lobby. There' a terrific restaurant on site. Close to the square and many restaurants and activities.

Nothing special here. The only good thing is that it is one of the very few beachfront properties in Puerto Morelos and I think they know that so their service and amenities are not the best. The only think we liked about their restaurant was the beef and fish tacos, everything else was nothing out of the ordinary.

The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to everywhere. The beach is terrific, great place to swim and lounge on the beach. The food in the restaurant is superb. The staff are great. The rooms are basic and functional, but you are outside all the time.

The location is great, next to the ocean. Personal was very nice. We found roaches in the room and shower. Guests need a small refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room.
