The location is good, but that's it. The cleaning standard is mediocre and the English is poor. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and the reception guy ignored the guests. If you don't stay too much in the hotel, so the location is good and might worth it.

This hotel is in a great location, you are a short walk from Ginza, any train station, restaurants, shopping and pretty much everything you'll want or need as it's on the main street. The hotel was clean, room size (2 twin beds) pretty big for Japan, and overall a great option for anyone looking to not break the bank. My issue was the front desk staff not speaking English nor understanding much we asked. While they were very nice and tried to help as much as possible, they couldn't help with basic travel questions like "where is the nearest money exchange". I don't expect anyone to be fluent in English but we could barely ask anything outside of checking in and checking out. On our way out 1 agent refused to let us check out because we had left out key in the room, another agent came over and said it was okay. I think he didn't understand what we were saying about the key being left in the room. Overall I would recommend this place, it's a great option for the price.

Busy area great for shops, dining and social life
Very nice quiet hotel, although the entrance isn't as obvious as one would expect ,considering the size of the hotel, so better look upwards to see the name on the front of the building. But the main road on which it's situated, and the surrounding criss-cross shopping arcades, are absolutely buzzing, so if you want a lot going on close by, this is the place!
