The grounds were very nice with nice pools, the restaurant was in a beautiful location but often ran out of certain foods. The apt we rented was nice and spacious. The kitchen functional but small. We ran out of water (water bottle) and there was none to buy on site. We had to go out of the resort and find our own. And the running water was shut off a few times during our stay. Otherwise a beautiful place.

Photos on Expedia was 100% deceiving. Bait and switch. I booked 1 king bedroom suite. The photo of the room was a villa style with private pool and backyard. The actually room was an apartment building with a share pool. However the toilet starting gushing with water all over the floor so they upgraded us for free to a 2 bedrooms villa with private pool just like the photo of the 1 bedroom that i thought i had. Expedia or the hotel needs to change the false photo. The pool at the apartment was dirty. The pool at the villa was clean.

The one bedroom apt. was very clean, and had all of the amenities such as large fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. It also has a washer and dryer. the staff is very accommodating, the pools and the grounds are well kept. The restaurants are nice. And the atmosphere throughout the property is very chill and not overly crowded.

I arrived in the evening hours and they were able to accommodate me with a late check in, No problem. Had issue with no hot water on the first day but it was taken care the very next day after letting them know. Overall, very beautiful villas. Had a pleasant stay.

Overall the physical attributes of the property, e.g. location, cleanliness, furnishings, and etc were excellent. Exceeded expectations. The property seems relatively new. My biggest issue was I found the check-in procedure wanting and check-out dreadful. I prepaid for the evening I stayed on the property over 2 full months prior to my arrival. Upon check-in the clerk insisted I pay the full evening price with the condition it would be refunded upon check out. The clerk acknowledged I had already prepaid for my stay as well. Part of my challenge is the facility already had my credit card so there was already some level of security for any incidentals. The check-out procedure was even worse. I tried to settle my bill about 1/2 hour before my transportation arrived. I was informed by the front desk I needed to return 10 minutes before check-out and they would also have to check the room for damages. So effectively, you had to vacate the premise upon check out. More egregious in my mind is the fact I was held hostage while the rental was checked for damage. Adding just a bit more insult was the fact the clerk had to charge my credit card a nominal amount in order to process the credit. I certainly can appreciate the need to protect against damage to the rental. I'm not so sure the best way to do that. However, I don't like to be treated with the assumption I'm going to damage property particularly given the room rate.
